Self-responsible consultation of the member companies in labour, collective and social matters Process representation of companies in the jurisdiction Representation of the member companies at the units of agreement Consultation and representation of interests of member companies in negotiations with works councils and trade unions on business agreements and collective agreements Implementation of new legal and collective agreements Preparation and implementation of executive training on labour law Organisation of events and working groups

You have successfully completed both legal state examina You have a multi-year professional experience matching the job profile, preferably in associations or companies with a focus on work law You can quickly work into new topics and are able to clarify and convey complex topics Careful examination is just as flexible targeted and practical action with spontaneous challenges You are powerful, sovereign, service-oriented, team-capable and have a high level of contact, empathy and negotiation skills Their expressiveness in word and writing is very pronounced You have a special interest in economic and social policy issues
