The St. Josefs-Stift accompanies more than 450 people with mental or multiple disabilities with diverse offers in the areas of living, work, therapy, education, leisure, art and culture. Over 650 employees work in and around Eisingen, Würzburg, Aschaffenburg and Kitzingen. St. Josefs-Stift is part of the non-profit company association Tatenwerk.

We are looking for the next time

Pfleet power m/w/d

with 30 – 35 hours per week. The place is within the framework of a medical representation until 31st. May 2026 terminated. An option for takeover and determination within the St. Josefs-Stift is expected.

Our mixed housing group is linked to the nursing home and for people with high assistance needs. You take care of the residents: inside, support them in everyday life, provide security and orientation.

You are professionally competent, respond to our residents: in an empathy and want to be a reliable part of our team. If you are happy to work with our residents: working at eye level and living a warm together, you are right with us.

Your tasks:

• Promoting self-employment and individual skills
• daily care
• Assistance and takeover of nursing activities
• Implementation of medical arrangements

Your profile:

• Completed training as nursing staff, nursing staff or nurses
• Empathy, patience and appreciation in dealing with our inhabitants: inside
• Ready to change and weekend shifts
• Class B licence desirable
