Our new portfolio includes an employment and promotion area/day structure (BFBTS) in Weißensee from January 2027. For the construction and development of our new employment and promotional area/day structure (BFBTS), we are looking for you as from October 2026

Construction, development and technical management of the new employment and promotion area/ of the daily structure Design of staff-centric employment, promotion and participation opportunities for people with high support needs Development of creative and artisanal employment opportunities in the fields of felt and fabric work, paper and decoration work, ceramic work and assembly Leadership, support and development of a multi-professional team Development and maintenance of cooperations with internal departments and external partners, cost-beneficiaries and the social area Developing and ensuring quality standards and building a structured documentation and reporting Coordination of economic control processes in close coordination with the management level

Completed studies or training in social, educational or nursing areas Experience in integration aid, daily structure or work with people with disabilities Management experience with strong organisational and social skills Joy in building new structures and conceptual work Valuable, empathy and team-oriented attitude Communication strength and a high level of sense of responsibility Knowledge in the area of personnel-centric participation and funding planning desirable
