SAP Key User - Focus on Invoice Processing (m/f/d)

You act as a global finance key user for SAP with a focus on xSuite workflows. You ensure stable, efficient and audit-proof operation of the xSuite-based workflow and billing input processes. You are responsible for the standardization and harmonisation of global purchase-to-pay and accounting processes. You ensure compliance, audit and internal control requirements. You perform a central interface function between departments, IT and external service providers. You are responsible for the further development, optimization and automation of the SAP and xSuite process landscape. You are responsible for global rollouts, upgrades and release changes. You continuously manage, configure and optimize the xSuite workflows. You analyze, accept and evaluate technical requirements from Finance, Accounting and Procurement. You implement process and system adaptations in cooperation with IT and external partners. You perform system, integration and user acceptance tests. You take over first support for national and international users. You analyze and troubleshoot errors and disturbances in the SAP and xSuite environment. You create and maintain process documentation, user manuals and training documents. You perform key-user and end-user training. You actively work in SAP, finance and digitization projects. You coordinate and control external service providers such as xSuite Consultants.

You have completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in accounting. You have profound experience in dealing with the FI and MM SAP modules and with digital billing workflows, including their technical administration. You have a deep understanding of purchase-to-pay and invoice receipt processes. You bring good English knowledge in word and writing. You are experienced in handling SAP R/3 and MS Office. You have experience in project work and change management. You act responsibly and like to work in the team. You are result-oriented, make quality-conscious decisions and communicate effectively.
