You independently deal with tax matters and undertake the tax assessment of transactions. You determine, examine and assess all the facts and business incidents under sales tax law, in particular with regard to the requirements of § 2b UStG. You actively participate in the further development of the tax compliance management system for the implementation of § 2b UStG and take over the subsequent expert implementation. The tax assessment of complex business operations is carried out independently – if necessary in close coordination with external tax advice. You act as a central contact person for all sales and income tax issues and accompany upcoming audits professionally.
