On behalf of our customer in Albershausen, we are looking for you as an employee sales service (m/w/d).

This profile brings you as an employee sales service (m/w/d):

• Completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial businessman or merchant/buyer in wholesale and foreign trade) or a corresponding qualification
• Ideally first experience in sales – at best of technical products
• English knowledge of advantage
• Secure user knowledge in MS Office
• First experiences such as SAP desirable
• Friendly appearance and storage of a cool head in hectic times
• Team-oriented, yet independent, well-structured working style
• customer orientation and communication strength

Your duties as an employee sales service (m/w/d):

• Self-supporting a defined customer base
• Order processing in SAP
• Creation and tracking of offers
• Technical advice on products
• Customer communication via CRM system Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Cooperation with team and sales management
• Telephone contact including switching and processing of routing telephone calls
