HR Business Partner Stores (m/f/d)

HR Consulting: You advise managers in our sales houses of a defined region as well as the regional management in all personal questions and support them as a reliable: Sparringspartner:in the operating HR everyday. Talent Management: You control our talent management processes in your region, conduct career talks and internal assessments and represent us on selected career events. Recruiting Control: You accompany all internal recruiting, promotion and transfer processes for executives and ensure transparent, structured and forward-looking decisions. Solution: You work in partnership with the executives in the stores and the regional management, develop solutions together with human challenges and keep the company's goals in mind. Process development: You actively contribute your perspective to continuously develop HR processes and ensure that our standards are effectively implemented in everyday life. HR Projects: Depending on the area of responsibility, interest and experience, you take part-)projects in the HR environment and actively shape the further development of our HR work.

Your educational path: You bring relevant experience in the HR environment and have worked for several years as HR Business Partner or in a comparable role. Alternatively, you’ve collected several years of experience in retail and gained first practical insights into HR work. Your strengths: You work solution-oriented, pragmatic and with a clear hand-on mentality. At the same time, you convince through organisational strength, enforcement ability and a pronounced communication capability in exchange with different stakeholders. Your profile: You bring at least two to three years of experience as HR Business Partner or in a comparable function, ideally in the trade environment. You speak fluent German and communicate safely in English. In addition, you are ready to occasionally travel within your region and search for direct exchange with our sales houses.
