The ''Artificial Intelligence'' team provides scalable AI services and platform solutions that enable data-based and automated support functions to be used in operational and strategic processes. This is done through the development and integration of intelligent processes and the provision of central AI functionalities for specialist areas. In addition to operating the underlying platforms and services, existing and new AI solutions are designed and developed together with the specialist areas. The development encompasses the entire process from requirement analysis, technical design and implementation to operation and continuous development and support.

In this role, you develop and document target and solution architectures for AI-based applications based on technical requirements and technical boundary conditions. In addition, you define, establish and convey architecture scatters as well as design guidelines for scalable and sustainable AI-use chases. With your know-how, you analyze and evaluate new AI technologies, platforms and dependencies regarding integration, security and economy. You ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing IT landscapes taking into account interfaces, data flows and operating models. In the context of architectural reviews, you will check compliance with standards and security and compliance requirements, and take appropriate measures if necessary. Together with specialist areas, IT, information security and external partners, you develop sustainable and future-proof solutions. With complex disorders, you can support well-founded analyses and ensure high-quality documentation and continuous quality assurance.

You have knowledge and skills acquired through training and professional experience. Finding knowledge of AI platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI), cloud architectures and IT service management will help you. Your profile is complemented by experience in Security & Compliance, architectural methods, project management and ideally relevant certifications (e.g. Azure, AI, Python). You will bring well-founded experience in the design and evaluation of modern AI and LLM architectures (e.g. agent, RAG and orchestration approaches) as well as corresponding platforms. In addition, you have practical knowledge in cloud-based AI, operating and security models as well as in integration architectures (APIs, events, data platforms). You have a good understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, including prompt management, model versioning, monitoring, and evaluation of non-functional requirements such as security and scalability. Personally, you convince through analytical thinking, clear communication, consulting skills and a structured, self-responsive working in complex, interdisciplinary environments.
