As an employee in education coordination (w/m/d), you are responsible for the planning of our pedagogues and coaches. You take responsibility and are an important part of our team. Yours? As an employeein Educational Coordination (w/m/d), you plan and coordinate the use of our educational staff - from day planning to year planning - and make sure that all educational activities are smooth. You are responsible for the coordination of premises and technical equipment and you agree closely with the education coordinatorin and the branch manager*in. With your careful planning, you ensure the availability of up to 35 colleagues in education at various locations in Southeast Berlin. You take the controlling of cost-conscious bets, analyze vulnerabilities and initiate targeted countermeasures. You are responsible for the acceptance and processing of complaints, hints and complaints and implement them in accordance with our quality management processes. In addition, you carry out studies and teaching samples to ensure the quality of our services continuously.

Completed commercial training or studies, ideally related to the educational industry Experience in vocational training, in particular knowledge of basic documents and training framework plans Solid knowledge of quality and project management and operational personnel planning Safe occurrence, pronounced communication skills and a targeted, self-responsible operation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing MS Office knowledge and experience with SAP-based systems
