Clerk (m/w/d) for the construction administration

The municipality of Erdweg is looking for a specialist (m/w/d) for the construction administration in full time at the earliest possible time. The area of responsibility includes: • Consulting for construction projects • Approval and examination of construction applications as part of the grant of public agreement pursuant to § 36 BauGB • Processing of approval exemption procedures and isolated exemptions • Participation in meetings of the Construction Committee as required • Processing of production contributions and the expanded waste water fee • Completion of the Bayerischer Strassen- und Wegegesetz (Bayerisches Strassen- und Wegegesetz) and the Road Transport Regulation (Widmungen, Verkehrsschau, verkehrsgesetz)

The following qualification is expected: • a completed vocational training for administrative staff or the successful examination I or II for administrative staff or a comparable qualification • Relevant professional experience in construction management desirable • Knowledge in the field of public building law • Efficiency, flexibility and willingness to attend in the evening hours • Good computer skills
