(Senior) Product Designer UX/UI (m/f/d) in Berlin

PiNCAMP is the camping startup of ADAC, ANWB and TCS - in Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland, as well as throughout Europe. An international team of more than 80 digital experts digitises the camping industry by combining the experience and reputation of our shareholders with the speed of an agile start-up. Our goal is to be Europe's leading camping platform. As our users (Senior) Product Designer UX/UI (m/f/d), you'll be at the heart of understanding our and translating insights into impactful design solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create intuitive, effective, and beautiful experiences.

What you can expect

Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather actionable insights Lead end-to-end product design Design user, flows wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that solve real user problems Lead and participate in weekly design critiques to improve design quality Support implementation by collaborating close with teams Use AI-assisted tools to ship prototype and visualize early design ideas

5+ years experience in B2C product design; experience in the or related industries is a plus Proven ability to run user interviews, surveys, and usability tests, and findings into design improvements Skilled in Figma and prototyping tools, familiar with AI-assisted prototyping tools is a plus Understanding accessibility standards and responsive design best practices Strong collaboration and communication skills and experience working closely with product and engineering teams German or Dutch language skills are a plus, but not required
