And with you we are looking for someone who takes over our exciting and versatile construction projects in the Munich area. As a specialist building manager, you are responsible for managing construction projects, monitoring dates and documenting the progress of the project. As a central contact person, you coordinate the cooperation between contracting entities:inside and all project participants. In close cooperation with our HSE team, you will ensure the safety of your work, sign both personal and external personnel according to our occupational safety folder (construction site folder) and determine, if necessary, adaptation requirements for the construction site-specific risk assessment. They always keep the costs and expenses in mind and actively participate in monitoring, risk management, follow-up management, project controlling as well as in chance and risk assessments. You can also support claim management. They work with the implementation of legally relevant correspondence and help to identify and communicate risks at an early stage, in close coordination with project merchants and lawyers. Your tasks include the disposition of goods and services, the coordination of W+M planning and the implementation of measures, decreases, system instructions and project transfer. Last but not least, you support the invoice and order billing.

Education: Completed training as an electronic:in or mechatronic:in with further training as a state-tested electrical technician:in, master:in or comparable qualification. Ideally, you will bring a completed engineering degree. Personality and working methods: They are characterized by communication strength and organisational skills and work structured and independent. Experience and know-how: They bring well-founded knowledge in automation technology with PLC/PC and fieldbus systems. In addition, you have programming experience with DDS/SPS as well as practical experience in the construction management and the independent implementation of projects. Other: A safe handling of MS Office applications, a class B driver's license and readiness to travel complete your profile.
