We define specifications, control and check their implementation and advise our product organization and management.

Tasks that keep you posted:

You support our experienced team to ensure the resilience and management of REWE digitally. You work with the expansion and operation of our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), including IT Service Continuity. Together with our colleagues, you help implement regulatory requirements (e.g. KRITIS, NIS 2). You'll start and discuss concepts, guidelines and work instructions on the subject of BCM & IT-SCM and keep developing. You accompany Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and support in creating restart plans. You support our product organization in the planning and implementation of emergency testing & exercises. You help with training and awareness-raising and bring your own ideas. You are part of our emergency & crisis management: You support the processing of emergencies and the coordination of emergency and crisis levels. You support the planning and implementation of possible audits by internal or external auditors, as well as by our service providers.

First of all, your personality: You are characterized by an independent, structured and targeted way of working. You also communicate proactively, you have a quick understanding and team skills. You have completed your studies or a comparable qualification with the focus areas (economic) informatics, business/ IT service continuity management or crisis management. You are convinced by your analytical and problem-solving competence, are compelling and binding. You are already familiar with the common BCM standards (e.g. ISO 22301, 27031, IT-Grundschutz 100/200-4, GPG of the Business Continuity Institute) or you want to work into them. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in building and operating a business continuity management or IT service continuity, including planning and carrying out emergency and crisis tests. We require very good German and good English skills due to our company language.
