IT-System Administrator (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Place: Dresden

As an employee in IT (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you are the central point of contact for all who need your support in IT questions! You support internal IT questions as part of the 1st and 2nd level support. You are responsible for the administration, installation and supervision of hardware and software. You collect information and conduct initial analyses and classifications of incoming requests. You are responsible for coordination with external partners and cooperation with internal Competence Centers. You support the specialist departments in digitization projects, process optimizations and the creation of interfaces as well as specifications for IT applications.

You have a completed vocational training in the field of IT or a subject-specific university training at Bachelor level. You have first professional experience in IT landscape and network administration. IT themes are your passion and You burn for support in the 1st and 2nd level! You want to integrate into a dynamic team that places value on team work and communication. Your profile is rounded off by an independent working method and fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
