About the area The EnBW Utility Services division is a full-service provider for energy management and system solutions with long-term industry experience a business unit of EnBW AG. EnBW Utility Services' very low performance is offered brand- and company-neutral both connected and non-connected companies. The basis is a high-performance and future-proof IT and process landscape, which is provided to the market as a standard model and follows a clear digitalization strategy. In the field of platform & project management, we are responsible for the operation and further development of an SAP platform as SaaS and/or BPO services. We are also responsible for the efficient implementation of projects in cross-functional teams. In order to continue our inventory business successfully and be ready for the future, we are looking for a product and platform manager*in/ S4/HANA at the Karlsruhe or Biberach site You will fit us if you enjoy challenges and take over responsibility and if you want to succeed our clients and partners in a variety of projects.

You are responsible for the stable operation and the strategic further development of our supplier platform on SAP S/4HANA and, together with IT, departments and contractors, shape the platform of the future You control platform operation completely – including incident, problem and change management as well as platform projects You are responsible for the economic management of the platform (costs, budgets, make-or-buy, resource use) and perform optimization measures You develop the platform strategically and align stability, economics, technological developments and customer requirements You act as a central interface between IT, departments, management and external partners and ensure effective cooperation You develop key figures, derive optimization potentials and prepare management decisions based on

You have a successfully completed (professional) degree course, e.g. economic informatics, business management, energy management or engineering, or have a comparable qualification by several years of relevant professional experience You bring multi-year experience in the operation and control of complex IT or platform solutions – ideally in the environment of SAP S/4HANA You have well-founded knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, preferably in the Utilities/IS-U environment or in energy-economic processes You have experience in controlling cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder structures, ideally in the B2B environment You have a good understanding of economic relationships and use key figures to derive sound decisions and improvements You think strategically, prioritize requirements targeted and at the same time bring the ability to implement and drive topics operationally You communicate clearly and confidently at different levels – including management and external partners The position must be occupied both at the location of Karlsruhe and at the location of Biberach
