At the next time, we are looking for Carl Zeiss Spectroscopy GmbH in Jena as project manager (m/w/x) with the following priorities: Your duties You conduct complex development projects and programs for spectrometer modules and systems, from the first idea to series transmission, with a clear focus on results-oriented implementation

Together with internal specialist departments and external customers, you agree to the project objectives and actively contribute to strategic planning and prioritization

You are responsible for stakeholder management, both internally and externally

The project and communication structures are clearly defined by you while you create, monitor and regularly adjust schedules, cost and capacity

Risk and chance management is in your hands. You can recognize potential risks at an early stage and use opportunities for project success efficiently

In addition to your task, the evaluation and development of strategic partners

The team-finding and team development will make you active to ensure the best possible dynamics and cooperation within the projects

A successfully completed study in an engineering or natural science or economic study course

Comprehensive experience as project manager of complex development projects and thus in the lateral guidance of project team

Deep knowledge in project management, in particular strategy work, requirement survey (method knowledge) Cost and financing in complex development projects

Experience in the lateral leadership of teams

Very structured and analytical methods and an independent and result-oriented working style

Very good communication skills in German and English (B2-C1) round off your profile
