Occupational pension/pension advisor, sales, back office, employee consulting (m/f/d)

• First contact person for occupational retirement provision (bAV) of employees of our renowned customers • Advising new employees on individual precautionary solutions – predominantly digital • Strengthening awareness of bAV as an attractive employer-benefit • Translating complex topics around bAV in a clear, comprehensible language • In exceptional cases: local customer support through occasional service trips

• Completed commercial training or further training in financial services and/or bAV • Funded expertise and experience in customer consulting around the bAV • Embossed communication skills and service-oriented personality • Very good knowledge of English and safe handling of MS-Office • Independently responsible operation, flexibility and willingness to use • Standing for occasional missions (only in exceptional cases)
