OXG Glas GmbH is a joint venture of Altice and Vodafone.

We from OXG Glas GmbH build and operate a fast and reliable fiber optic network for all over Germany. Over a period of six years, we will supply about seven million households in Germany with glass fibers. We invest up to seven billion euros in standardized broadband solutions and innovative FTTH expansion.

In your role, you take the strategic responsibility for the system landscape for network planning and documentation within our IT/OSS organization. In doing so, you actively shape the technological change and make sure that our systems are efficiently, future-proof and optimally adapted to the requirements of the network structure and - operationally. As a team leader, you are leading a dedicated team of internal and external experts. You take care of the personal and professional development of your employees, control the resources efficiently and create a motivating working environment with a clear vision. You are leading a dedicated team of OSS and IT specialists:inside, you are actively promoting cooperation and creating an environment where motivation and individual development are raised. Based on our corporate goals, you will develop a strategic vision for the next 1 to 3 years and thus significantly shape the further development of our network planning and documentation systems in NE3 and NE4. You build an effective demand management with the central specialist departments and transfer their requirements into a transparent, prioritized development and delivery roadmap. Together with your team, you control our software manufacturers and system integrators, from planning to successful implementation of our OSS systems. In collaboration with People & Culture, you define suitable role profiles, actively accompany the recruiting process and ensure that your team is optimally positioned, even by targeted integration of external experts.

You bring well-founded experience in the planning of FTTx networks (NE3 & NE4) and develop independent automation concepts and smart solutions. With your conceptual thinking and your solution-oriented mindset, you actively shape the strategic development in the team. As an inspiring personality, you live our cultural values and leadership skills and promote a modern, team-oriented leadership culture. You communicate safely in German and English (min. C1) and convince in presentations as well as in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. You have completed studies in the field of telecommunications, computer science or comparable, as well as several years of experience in the OSS/IT/Telco industry, ideally with leadership experience and supplier control.
