IT (Junior) Business Consultant - Recht & Compliance (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. You develop into the contact person (m/w/d) of our international departments and advise the legal departments regarding creative and innovative IT solutions: You want to help shape the possibilities of the digital world and develop creative and innovative (Legal Tech) solutions and products You take up requirements from the field and answer their implementation You optimize and harmonize processes, model workflows, test them and implement them in the final You actively participate in the structured processing and processing of data in our applications and in reports and dashboards You act as a contact person (m/w/d) for service providers with regard to technical/technical issues and with regard to release management

You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics or alternatively you are a cross-comer with an equivalent training You have already gained first practical experience in IT consulting, as a Business Analyst (m/w/d), Application Owner (m/w/d) or in a comparable position You bring the willingness to give you programming skills. Previous knowledge is desirable but not required You like to develop and optimize processes to efficiently design workflows You are passionate about developing and implementing IT applications You trade responsibly, are flexible and work structured Communication strength, secure knowledge of German and English complete your profile JOBV1_EN
