You blossom in your mission, for:

• You will take care of the development, organisation and implementation of training concepts, workshops, learning events and e-learning for different target groups, including the creation of training materials, presentations and manuals.
• In addition, you will undertake the analysis of the training needs in cooperation with specialist departments, as well as evaluation and continuous improvement of the training measures.
• Your tasks include the control, support and cooperation in customer projects, as well as the advice and support of customers in their individual development.
• You will support the introduction of new learning technologies, the implementation of digital training formats and the maintenance of learning management systems (LMS).
• Last but not least, you coordinate external training partners and trainers.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete studies or vocational training in the field of personnel development, pedagogy, business management, communication or a comparable subject
• Knowledge and affinity in the field of e-learning, blended learning and modern training methods
• Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with learning management systems
• Embossed communication and presentation skills
• Self-employed, structured and team-oriented work
• High level of initiative and creativity
