Technical Sales Engineer – Safety Technology (m/f/d)

You are the technical counterpart for business development and actively supports the further development of our own brand eneo. You take on the technical support of our partners and customers – from questions in the project to solution finding. You will explain products and applications in demos, presentations and technical discussions – always at eye level with the technical contacts of our customers. You are an internal interface between business development, sales, quality assurance, technical advice, product management and development. You plan and organize customer events and perform them in the team. You moderate webinars, keep training and make sure that know-how arrives clean. You are responsible for our demo room and show customers live technology, setup and use cases. You accompany product developments and introductions, give feedback from the market and continuously introduce suggestions for improvement. You support product tests and help to secure quality and performance.

You have a technical training or studies (e.g. electrical engineering, IT, communications technology, mechatronics, etc.). You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in a technical role (e.g. Presales, Technical Sales, Systems Engineering, Support/Consulting). You will be sure to step up, communicate clearly and stay professional even if it gets tough and difficult. You try out, build up, test, find solutions and show your hand on mentality You have experience in customer contact and enjoy explaining and presenting technology.
