As CAQ Application Manager, you are technically and professionally responsible for operating and developing our CAQ system (BabtecQ). Your focus is on the stable operation, the 2nd level support and the continuous development of the CAQ application. In parallel, you support the preparation and execution of the global rollout. You are located in the area of quality management and work, for example, with production, IT, key users and external partners and report directly to your team leader. Application Management & 2nd level support:

Ensuring stable operation of CAQ application (BabtecQ) Analysis and sustainable elimination of system and process problems (ticket processing, monitoring, root cause) Supporting user, role and authorization concepts and ensuring data quality System optimization & KVP Development and standardization of modules, workflows and QM processes Optimization of reporting and analysis-use cases Support for automation and cross-site harmonisation of processes Data, SQL & Interfaces Creation and optimization of T‐SQL queries, views and evaluations (MS SQL Server) Analysis of data structures, performance principles and support in migration Working with the operation and further development of the SAP–Babtec integration incl. Testing and acceptance Global rollout & knowledge transfer Support for site preparation, testing, training and go-live activities Build and maintain roll-out standards, templates and best practices Creation of documentation and support and empowerment of key users

Multiannual experience in quality management in an industrial environment Basic knowledge of methods such as Automotive Core Tools (8-D, PPAP, SPC...) Experience with CAQ systems, ideally BabtecQ Good SQL identifiers (MS SQL Server / T‐SQL) Strong process and data understanding, analytical method Communication strength in exchange with departments and IT Good knowledge of international cooperation Knowledge of C# (e.g. for automation) desirable Experience with SAP or other ERP interfaces Ideally experience with international system rollouts desirable
