Our medical care center at the Jena site includes a practice for internal medicine/penumology.

At the closest possible time, we are looking for a reliable remedy for our medical care center at the Jena site for assistance at our reception desk in part time for approx. 8-10 hours a week.

Your task:

• Friendly welcome and registration of our patients
• Recording and maintenance of patient data in the computer system
• Organization of the practice sequence at reception
• Telephone appointment and information
• General administrative activities

Your profile:

• Friendly, service-oriented appearance and good communication skills
• Careful and structured operation
• Safe handling of the computer, experience in practical software would be desirable
• Ideally first medical experience or reception/customer service
