Your job as a examinated nursing skill (m/w/d) in the jumper pool:

• You take care of the individual basic and treatment care of customers with heart and mind
• Each customer has individual needs, you recognize them and align the activating daily design on them.
• You document the care process digitally around the customer (medicine assignment, care protocols etc.)
• With the team on site, you can make a significant part in ensuring the quality of care
• You have an open ear for customers and their relatives at any time
• With your expertise, you support colleagues on site to compensate for failures, reduce overtime or as a holiday agency

Your profile examinated nursery (m/w/d) in the jumper pool:

• You have a completed vocational training as a examinated nursing professional, nursing and/or health care professional
• You have a valid license class B and are ready for swing
• You are welcome with and without professional experience
• You are a team player and owns empathy in dealing with customers and colleagues
• You work independently, solution-oriented and you like to laugh – we do too!
