Your responsibility: In individual coaching, you enter the skills of your clients with health restrictions and develop professional perspectives together. They advise on health issues. They promote social and professional competence and develop development perspectives. They accompany internships and operational trial phases, support the search for a suitable employer and actively shape mediation processes. Through regular contacts with clients, network partners and regional companies, you create good framework conditions for your educational work. Administrative activities complete your area of responsibility. You bring: You have completed a pedagogical study Alternatively you have a degree as a psychologist (m/w/d) or in a state-approved education profession. Professional experience in social work is essential for this activity. Experiences in case management and/or systemic coaching are desirable. Creativity and a structured way of working distinguish you. We require knowledge of the current MS Office applications.
