For the further development of our products, we are looking for a Senior Software Developer C++ (m|w|d), who brings deep technical know-how, takes responsibility and strengthens our small, highly-engaged team with experience, structure and hands-on mentality.

Own software development: You are responsible for the design, development and maintenance of our central C++ application – the heart of all GUI-based NOVO cash devices. Active participation in the development process: You make sound architectural decisions, introduce new ideas and actively shape the software landscape. Complex system work: From hardware control to process logic, third-party system connections to the GUI – you process the entire bandwidth of a modern device software. Quality in focus: Through Unit Tests, Code Reviews and Clean Documentation, you will ensure the stability and sustainability of our software. 3rd level support with expertise: You support internal and external contact persons in demanding technical issues and contribute significantly to system reliability.

Education and experience: You have a degree in computer science, information technology or electrical engineering or a comparable qualification – supplemented by several years of professional experience in hardware-related software development. C++ expertise: You have very good knowledge of object-oriented development with C++. Linux know-how: You move confidently in Linux environments and know the installation, configuration and administration of systems such as Debian or Ubuntu from practice. Frameworks and tools: Experience with Qt5.x or comparable frameworks are as desirable as knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Working and personality: You work structured, quality-consciously and solve technical challenges independently without losing sight of teamwork. Communication: You communicate clearly, have very good knowledge of German and sound English skills and are sure to interact with different internal and external contacts.
