Logistics Foreman (m/f/d)

Close cooperation with the logistics master and active support in the operational and organisational management of the logistics area Technical leadership and coordination of the logistics team in the 2-shift system Capacity planning in coordination with the adjacent areas (e.g. final assembly, purchasing, work preparation) Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process requirements Monitoring and control of daily logistics processes using relevant key figures Organisation and implementation of shift transfers and regular coordination with the team leaders of logistics Preparation and implementation of staff discussions in coordination Continuous improvement of logistics processes (e.g. in the field of 5S, WMS, occupational safety and training of employees) Ensuring a smooth distribution of tasks and process implementation in cooperation with the team leaders

Completed vocational training in logistical or technical fields A further development to the logistics master (m/w/d) or technician is urgently required, as an alternative a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in logistics, ideally in a leadership or coordination function Detectable experience in personnel management and working in the 2-shift system Embossed organisational skills, communication strength and enforcement High sense of responsibility and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
