acceptance and processing of national and international transport orders. Creation and testing of cargo papers and shipping documents. Organisation and monitoring of transport in cooperation with the MRP. Communication with customers, drivers, suppliers and authorities. Collection and maintenance of master data in the prediction software. Control of input invoices and preparation of output invoices.

Closed commercial training, ideally to the merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services or office businessman/wife. First professional experience in the freight or logistics sector of advantage. Good computer skills. Organizational talent, accuracy and sense of responsibility. Friendly appearance and team skills. Good knowledge of German in word and writing.
