Project Manager Construction - Industrial Stock (m/f/d)

You take over the overall management of demanding projects in the sensitive industry stock You operate the project and construction management You monitor the construction processes in terms of economic and technical objectives and control the construction site results You guide employees and plan personnel deployment You conduct negotiations with the contractors and project participants

You have a completed master's degree in civil engineering or in a comparable field You have at least 10 years of professional experience in project management in the construction industry, including personnel responsibility for project management and budget management, ideally in industry You prefer to work digitally and are always interested in thinking about digital processes You convince with sound knowledge in project management and bring a high understanding of risk management policies and procedures You think entrepreneurial with a strong target and result orientation and have a high sense of responsibility as a construction manager You are happy to be on the go and grab when it comes to it – Germany-wide readiness for travel is therefore no problem for you You master the German language fluently in word and writing
