Organization and implementation of theoretical and practical teaching Promoting and supporting the learning development of trainees in theory and practice Individually responsible implementation of modern teaching concepts (e.g. blended learning and digitally supported teaching) Further development and implementation of the curriculum and pedagogical topics with the involvement of a contemporary professional understanding Preparation, implementation, evaluation and follow-up of learning target checks and exams Participation in the candidate selection procedure Participation in the development and design of a newly founded school

Complete study of nursing, health, medical or professional education, ideally on a Master's level or student/student in the Master's degree course. Experience in teaching is beneficial, yet beginners are welcome Integrative teamwork Modern understanding of teaching and learning, according to the current requirements of everyday clinical practice and a digitalized teaching Engagement and interest in innovative school development and nursing education Interest in the active design of a modern nursing training and the construction of a Skills-Lab Very good communication skills, social competence as well as interest and openness as well as identification with the values of Vitos GmbH (direct image)
