You develop software – not only AI prototypes. You build applications, services, APIs and interfaces and bring them reliably into productive operation. You make AI part of our platform. You integrate LLMs and other models into our systems and connect them with data, services and workflows. You're building AI agents that really do something. With tool-use, states, loops and self-correction instead of one-time prompt responses. You bring models into productive operation. From evaluation and fine tuning to serving, quantization and performance optimization. You make documents for AI understandable. Forms, documents, contracts and scans are real applications for multimodal models. You shape our technical architecture. You think software and AI as a whole system, join technical decisions and pass on your knowledge in the team.

We're not looking for a Prompt Engineer. We are looking for an experienced developer who brings together software engineering and AI. You contribute at least seven years of professional experience in software development and have developed and operated complex applications productively. Software architecture, APIs, databases, tests, CI/CD and deployment are part of the developer's everyday life. Python do you for sure; You can also handle JavaScript and TypeScript. You have integrated AI or ML functions productively into software and know you with LLMs, RAG, prompting, evaluation and fine tuning. Agent systems, tool-use and multimodal models are practical technologies for you, not theoretical concepts. Technologies like ONNX, TensorRT, vLLM or llama.cpp are familiar to you or you have worked with comparable technologies. You take over as a senior responsibility for quality, architecture and technical decisions and work safely in German and English.
