You independently carry the payroll bill for a defined group of persons incl. Special assistance such as mini-jobs, working students, postings, certification etc. You communicate with health insurance companies and authorities You maintain the digital personal files You work in implementing the digitalization project You support the further development of personnel management processes and take on special tasks You create the diaconic work with

You have completed commercial training, ideally with specialist training in the field of personnel You have well-founded knowledge in the area of pay billing, social security and pay tax law You have knowledge of TVöD You are characterized by very good communication skills and consulting skills You have an independent and careful procedure You have good IT skills You bring together team spirit and social competence
