VIVAWEST is one of the leading housing providers in NRW and manages around 120,000 apartments in approx. 100 municipalities on the Rhine and Ruhr. For the field of inventory technology, technical building equipment department, we are looking at the next possible time Senior Consultant (m/w/d).

Technical assessment of energy calculations to determine the scope of measures as a basis for further decision-making in the project Creation of energy savings calculations, individual refurbishment plans, energy identifications and participation in the creation of funding applications Planning, construction management and coordination of energy efficiency measures taking into account the applicable regulations / laws Implementation of approved measures in accordance with the applicable technical standards and relevant rules and the requirements of the funding programmes Interdisciplinary coordination of all questions and challenges with all stakeholders and external specialist engineers Provide all necessary information (energy savings calculations, funding applications, energy statements, etc.) for internal reporting (e.g. for portfolio management, finance and controlling) Advising internal and external stakeholders on energy efficiency and promotion issues Develop and initiate countermeasures in the event of non-compliance with respect to qualities, costs and dates in coordination with the Head of Division/Team/Head of Division Creation and maintenance of tender documents for energy efficiency measures to be handed over to the Purchasing Division, taking into account the organisational requirements in the awarding, participation in award negotiations and commissioning of services, taking into account the compliance rules Quotation of external energy-efficiency experts and TGA expert (frame contract partners) with coordination of the necessary planning and implementation measures Development and continuous development of standardised quality standards of energy efficiency measures

Completed architectural studies or completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification Complete training on energy efficiency experts Multi-year professional experience Very good technical knowledge in the field of energy efficiency Very good knowledge in the field of architecture or civil engineering or very good knowledge in the field of technical building equipment Basic knowledge of commercial, housing processes EDV-Kenntisse (Microsoft-Office, SAP, Energieberatersoftware Hottgenroth) Organisational skills and the ability to supervise several projects simultaneously (project management) Conflict, decision and implementation strength
