You are responsible for a professional, patient-oriented practice and make sure that our patients feel welcome, well-maintained and competently advised at all times. You conduct, coordinate and develop the practice team professionally and organizationally and are the central contact person for employees, doctors and external partners. You plan the personnel deployment, including holiday and representation regulations, and ensure a smooth practice operation. You control and optimize the time management across all channels using our practice software and keeps an eye on utilisation and processes. You coordinate and monitor the documentation of all services provided and the structured care of the patient files. You are responsible for billing, economic processes and the purchase of office, practical and medical material. You ensure compliance with legal requirements as well as hygiene and quality standards and continuously develop practical processes.

You have a medical training, for example for the medical specialist or comparable. At best, you have first experience in leading or coordinating function within a practice or medical facility. Experience in ophthalmology and familiar handling of ophthalmological processes, investigations and devices are of advantage. You're committed, reliable and don't let you get out of your mind so quickly. In addition, you are interested in attracting new knowledge and practical application.
