Teamleiter (m/w/d)

We are looking for a team leader for a competent technical team of currently 4 people. Are you an expert in maintenance, have experience in team management and a professional background in mechatronics? Then apply quickly to this position! Total responsibility for operating, waiting, inspecting, repairing and repairing our production facilities minimizing downtime and downtime and ensuring high plant availability Technical and disciplinary management of the entire maintenance team (2 technicians (m/w/d) & 2 aids (m/w/d)) Monitoring of the equipment test according to DGUV Responsibility for the production, maintenance and testing of internal technical documentation (e.g. wastewater treatment, boiler plants) Planning and development of preventive maintenance measures Ensuring compliance with all quality, safety and environmental standards Control of external service providers as required

Completed technical training – ideally as a mechatronic (m/w/d) - Focus on electrics and mechanics

Long-term professional experience in maintenance, preferably in a production environment Multiannual leadership experience or strong leadership competence High quality and safety awareness Analytical thinking and structured working Entrepreneurial understanding and decision-making Good MS Office knowledge, ideally SAP basic knowledge
