Case management of outpatient patients (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) to optimize Patient care and treatment quality, including: Termination of ambulance visits Coordination of diagnostic and therapeutic services Preparation and implementation of venous blood withdrawals Implementation of port points Accompanying Clinical Treatment Paths (Patientenlotse) Optimization of processes Contact person for health and service services

Completed training for medical professionals (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) High professional competence, sense of responsibility and initiative Good knowledge of medical terminology Safe handling of PCs and modern means of communication Open personality
