Your duties

You assume the personal and professional responsibility for the areas of MRP, as well as for the driving and storage personnel in the branch (about 10 warehouse employees (m/w/d), about 30 truck drivers (m/w/d)) Ensuring the technical readiness of our fleet (approximately 20 trucks) Together with your team, you create the personnel and deployment planning for an efficient process of transport and logistics processes You have the pleasure to advance the continuous development at the site, think entrepreneurial and maintain a proactive exchange with your colleagues and the corporate headquarters They ensure the quality of our service and monitor compliance with legal requirements

Your profile

You have a completed vocational training for/for the forwarding businesswoman/buyer with relevant professional experience or a study of business management / logistics with professional experience in commerce You have well-founded knowledge in fleet management / tour planning / vehicle engineering / warehouse management and are familiar with the relevant legal regulations They lead target and result oriented, with hands-on mentality and in model function You have a safe appearance and have experience in managing and motivating employees Safe handling of MS Office applications and warehouse management and goods management programs is required
