Order registration and processing including price and appointment clarification Changes of existing orders (quantity, shipping type, route, delivery date) Order and appointment monitoring in close coordination with production, work preparation and shipping Communication with customers on order-related topics and processing of inquiries and correspondences Compilation and planning of customer shipments Creation of packaging lists and product exit bookings in the system Creation of export invoices, credits and direct debits Processing complaints in coordination with technology, quality management and export management

Completed commercial training - ideally in the field of forwarding/logistics Professional experience in a comparable position Secure handling of MS-Office and SAP Embossed customer and service orientation Self-employed and structured working methods, high self-initiative Teamability and durability
