We are looking for Asklepios Fachkliniken Brandenburg GmbH at the Teupitz site Trainee der Pflegedienstleitung (m/d) 39 hours/weekly / part-time possible, limited for two years

Support of care management in fulfilling management tasks Personnel planning, selection, development and management Organisation: e.g. personnel failure management, service and holiday planning, concept development and implementation, process design and optimization Operating principles: Survey of key figures (including personnel failure statistics, occupancy, time accounts) and budget planning Implementation and management of projects by project order

completed studies with a nursing and/or business focus as well as completed training in care desirable professional experience in nursing - primary in hospital you are flexible, communicative, and team capable you want to shape and take responsibility
