You take over the strategic conception, control and monitoring of our app marketing in the different channels and app stores Implementation and use of mobile measurement technologies to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of mobile marketing activities of our apps Intensive use of the largest advertising networks (e.g. Apple Search Ads, Google) for campaign creation and optimization The sustainable scaling and further development of mobile marketing measures (ASA, ASO) as well as independent planning and management of the mobile marketing budget Own-responsible implementation of campaigns, development of creatives, implementation of A/B tests and analysis and preparation of results at operational level Identification of potentials within the mobile customer journey from customer and business perspective and active participation of optimization taking into account mobile marketing at international level Continuous analysis of trends, tools and best practices in mobile marketing as well as benchmarking with competitors and creating meaningful reports for the team and management The place is fixed for 1 year.

The basis of your training is a completed study in the field of economics or social sciences (even with focus on marketing or communication) or alternatively cross-enterers with a high degree of identification for the topic “Mobile” They have relevant professional experience in a comparable position (focus on mobile marketing or App application) associated with relevant experience with App Store optimization and App campaigns They have a strong passion for mobile marketing as well as a thorough understanding of the processes and special features in the implementation of campaigns in mobile B2C communication Analytical skills and a safe handling of tracking and analysis tools such as Appsflyer and Adobe Analytics are among your strengths Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant new customer channels and their KPIs, combined with pronounced strategic thinking and a practical 'Hands-On'' mentality Your strong communication strength in German and English, oral and written, completes your profile
