Your leadership skills, combined with the ability to steer complex projects in a targeted and efficient way, as well as your team orientation and focus on sustainable solutions, are crucial for success.

Project Management and Control: Management of Complex Civil Engineering Projects, Responsibility for Compliance with Time Plans, Budgets and Quality Standards over All Performance Phases of HOAI (1-7). Leadership and development of the teams: responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the teams. As a mentor and Sparring partner, you supported the teams on professional issues, promote their further development and actively contribute to creating a positive team culture. Communication and customer management: Proactive communication with existing customers and acquisition of new projects. Participation in public presentations and tenders, for example in the municipal council. Responsibility for sales and business development: Ensuring the economic success of the projects and the teams. Control of change and optimization processes: initiation and monitoring of change processes to continuously improve the teams and processes.

Found expertise in civil engineering: comprehensive experience in civil engineering, ideally with the ability to maintain the entire service portfolio. Knowledge of the performance phases 1–7 of HOAI is required. Experience in project and team management: at least 5 years of experience in conducting technically challenging projects or at least 3 years of experience in managing a team, including responsibility for complex and challenging projects. Embossed communication and presentation skills: Strong ability to communicate with existing customers and public bodies, especially in acquisition processes and presentations. Leadership and team orientation: Strong leadership with the ability to motivate, promote and act as mentor. Entrepreneurial thinking and change competence: High responsibility for sales and business development. Experience in change processes and the ability to apply different leadership styles to successfully lead the team through complex challenges.
