You set up cloud telephone systems at our customers: inside and expand these You configure callflows, call forwarding, integrations and AI functions You implement customer-specific requirements, including adaptations and optimizations of the cloud telephony environment You carry out technical analyses and quality assurances in case of deviations in VoIP setups, network components and terminals, such as IP phones, routers and switches You provide technical advice and work with internal teams such as sales, project management and product development You are actively developing our technical standards and best practices in cloud telephony

You have a completed training in IT, e.g. as a specialist informant:in for system integration, or a study of (economic) informatics or comparable You have experience in the technical implementation and further development of IT or telecommunications solutions, ideally in the areas of VoIP/Cloud Telephony You have good knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP-based communication and network analysis, e.g. with Wireshark You are safe to use common network components such as routers, switches and firewalls You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1) You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and enjoy working together in interdisciplinary teams
