Ensuring the correct functioning and monitoring of the entire building technology in compliance with legal regulations and safety standards Control and coordination of reconstruction and construction measures and projects Conducting fault analyses and fault eliminations in electrical and building technology Monitoring and compliance of all safety and accident prevention regulations and occupational safety within the department Contact person for external specialist companies and assistance in maintenance and repair work Participation in technical assistance
Successfully completed training as a plant mechanic: heating, sanitary and air conditioning technology or as an electrician/electronicser (preferably with master or technical completion) Ideally guided experience in the area of clinic or public building operation Interest in business thinking and cost awareness driving licence class B Self-employed, structured and careful working Basic knowledge of MS Office; Experience with building control technology
