Support and independent implementation of preventive and interactive projects for urban cleanliness, including planning, coordination and evaluation Conception, planning and implementation of events Processing of legal questions and participation in the creation of concepts and guidelines in the fields of waste law, circular economy and urban cleanliness Representation of the Staff Office to other offices and bodies as well as at events within the subjects Support of staff management in strategic and operational tasks

completed relevant university studies (Bachelor) or degree as an administrative specialist:in with relevant professional experience long-standing proven experience in project management Experiences in cooperation and conflict management good knowledge of waste law and/or urban cleanliness very good written and oral expressability and communication strength independent, structured and solution-oriented functioning as well as organisational capacity and responsibility Ready to use and team skills safe handling of digital media and online communication as well as the current MS Office programs Diversity competence
