Job offer – Hairdressing salon manager (master hairdresser) in Aalen (m/f/d)

01.09.2026 We are looking for a dedicated Friseursalon manager (Friseurmeister) (m/w/d) with German Master's degree to lead our salon.

Setting: Parttime, approx. 100 hours per month (unlimited)

Great:18.20 € gross per hour

Tasks

• Personal responsibility of the hairdresser salon
• Management, motivation and control of employees
• Personal use and holiday planning
• Ensuring a smooth salon run
• Active customer advice as well as building and maintaining a solid customer base
• New customer acquisition and customer acquisition
• Creation of offers and professional advice
• Responsibility for sales, quality and service
• Order of goods and materials and warehouse management
• Check compliance with our quality standards
• Working in the salon (hair cuts, colorations, styling and other hairdressing services)
• Involvement and support of employees and trainees

Your profile

• Completed training as Friseurmeister with German Master Brief
• Professional experience, ideally in a leadership position
• Organizational and entrepreneurial thinking
• Responsibility and independent working
• Friendly, well maintained and safe occurrence
• Joy in handling customers and employees
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
