Natural or engineering studies with additional vocational qualifications (MBA) or comparable qualifications such as Dipl. Industrial engineer

Professional experience min. 3-5 years of disciplinary leadership experience

first experience in the business environment of the semiconductor industry and sound technical understanding of products and processes in the semiconductor sector

Multiannual experience in strategy, sales, key account management and business development

broad and deepened commercial knowledge with several years of experience in the negotiation of strategic and complex framework agreements

first experience in dealing with and working with C-level management

Experience in managing cross-functional strategic projects

Experience in dealing with change management through organisational developments, project or market dynamics
