Customer service technician - HVAC systems / installation / maintenance (m/f/d)

You carry out regular installation, maintenance and repair work on technical equipment with the focus on heating, ventilation, sanitation, climate (HLSK) You're waiting for building facilities, optimierst vulnerabilities, detect and eliminate disturbances, restart HLS systems and document these processes You carry out electrical connections of any kind, such as pumps and PV systems You work independently and develop solutions You advise and advise customers:inside, fundamentally and accurately process orders You take on call and emergency services

You bring at least one year of professional experience as a customer service agent (m/w/d) in the field of HLSK plants with You have completed vocational training in a technical or craft occupation You bring professional experience in the installation and maintenance of technical equipment You have joy in the profession and appear customer-oriented You work carefully and targeted and are responsible, committed and forward-looking You work autonomously, implement technical drawings, manufacture professional connection techniques and perform connection work on electrical components You have a valid class B license
