Your mission

• You advise our customers with the aim of operating Abacus360 banking and optimizing them in the customer environment. For this, you work at the interface between IT and the department.
• You take over control and management tasks of (partial) projects and the professional management of project teams in the customer environment.
• You're creating requirements analysis, concepts and documentation.
• You work with Operations Management and perform maintenance and service activities.
• You implement, monitor and maintain job controls with automation tools, and you monitor the Application Health and read technical loggings for this purpose.
• You take responsibility for presales and sales activities, offering and offering selection for our customer projects.

Your skill set

• You bring comprehensive knowledge of Abacus360 Banking or a comparable solution (frontend, data delivery, data model, processing/parameter, troubleshooting/analysis) that you could already demonstrate in several customer projects.
• You have experience in managing projects, in service and operations management, as well as in requirements engineering, ideally with certification (e.g. IREB)
• UNIX/LINUX, ORACLE, SQL, operating Java applications, TOMCAT / WildFly, OpenShift, Kubernetes are not foreign words for you.
• You have experience in dealing with an automation tool (e.g. Control-M, Automic) and applications such as ServiceNow, JIRA, RSA-Archer, Putty/MobaXTerm.
• You can communicate openly and clearly, have fun working in the team and finding tailor-made solutions together.
• Secure knowledge of German and English as well as a basic readiness for customer projects complete your profile.
