Solution-oriented cooperation in the communication service management team Analysis of complex customer concerns, development of tailor-made solution concepts and consistent support of the implementation with the aim of always achieving optimal results for our customers Promoting and coordinating cross-sector and business cooperation (scientific & processual) Early identification of challenges and development of common, targeted solutions Management advice on technical, operational and strategic issues Planning, controlling and budget management as well as project-related tasks Acquisition of central special tasks and professional control in time-critical or complex situations – including sound cause analysis, professional escalation management and sustainable securing of solutions

Complete technical studies, in particular (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification At least 8 years of professional experience Comprehensive experience in the development of strategies, target architectures and standards as well as in the implementation of regulatory requirements Experience in the professional management of complex, cross-organisational projects and in the advice of managers at decision level Strongly pronounced analytical, conceptual and communicative skills, characterized by enforcement, negotiation security and sovereign appearance in critical situations Funded technical understanding of IP networks, IP telephony and contact center solutions Comprehensive AI competence – from basic understanding to practical implementation to strategic planning
