These tasks await you with us: Research and identification of new construction projects via Internet sources and comparison of existing project lists Processing, maintenance and quality assurance of project data for further processing in our CRM system Telephone contact with project participants such as architects, specialist planners and other contact persons for the validation of project data (comparable with cold acquisition) Cleaning, updating and supplementing existing and old data by search and telephone verification

You should bring the following qualifications: enrolled student (m/w/d), ideally in the field of construction, architecture, economic engineering, real estate or comparable Good organizational skills and a structured way of working Very good written and oral communication skills and no bareness before telephone customer contact Logical way of thinking for relationships and concentrated working Secure handling of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) 20 hours per week, available in the morning
